Makefile b4dbbb33b5 added settings bundle, updated the project to no longer include the settings tweaking, still need to update the control file and update the preferences to actually spoof the version set via the UI, bit of unfinished flux ATM 8 gadi atpakaļ

The code to download older versions of the app store is pretty much an exact replica of the code in https://github.com/julioverne/LowerInstall with added Makefiles theos, and postinst files.
