Update indentation and coding style to be coherent with the other modules

* scripts/Dpkg/Source/Package/V3_0/bzr.pm: Use 4 spaces everywhere
for indentation. Put spaces around " = ".
* scripts/Dpkg/Source/Package/V3_0/git.pm: Same here.
